Inform eCommerce Business-to-Consumer (B2C) module opens your eCommerce site to all customers, not just those whose accounts are set up in Inform ERP. B2C allows previously anonymous browsers to create accounts, order products, pay for products, and choose their shipping method all through your existing eCommerce site. Payments are taken via credit card and shipping rates are calculated during checkout by a free UPS account. Credit Card payments are taken during checkout by integration with either Authorize.Net or Cayan Genius. If you want to take advantage of B2C retail, you should note that this feature is add-on and contact a DDI Customer Care specialist for costs and details.
