Visit this page to update your email preferences, including re-subscribing.
Open and click links in marketing emails you receive from DDI. This helps your account trust emails coming from our address and domain.
Move your marketing emails found in your SPAM/Junk folder back to the Inbox so these emails go straight to your Inbox in the future.
Add DDI’s from: email address (email@example.com) to your email client address book. Each email client has a different process for adding email addresses, which can be found in their help documentation.
Request that your IT/Email team add DDI’s email sending domain and IP addresses to your allow list. This tells the email server to expect emails from any "from: address" containing our domain.List of DDI email IP addresses:
