By default, InformMobile opens with your Calendar on the Dashboard home page. The Calendar displays a monthly view of tasks and activities, which you can sync with your Google calendar. You can toggle the view among days, weeks, and months. Depending on your access levels, you can also choose whose calendars you want to show, including full group calendars for teams.
In addition to viewing calendar information, you can manage existing tasks and activities, as well as search contacts, view their details, and add activities to the calendar directly from your contact card.
View your Calendar
Click on any task to get details or edit that task. To learn more about working with the Calendar, review the procedures below
Choose Calendars to review
You now have the option to select from viewing activities assigned to a customer or a user. Click on the “Filter Type” dropdown to select whether to filter the calendar by user activities or customer activities.
From the Users list, select the check boxes beside those users or groups whose calendars you want to view alongside yours.
Filter the task / activity display
By default, the Calendar will display all events. If you would like to narrow down the scope of the events on your Calendar, you can click the Type dropdown and then check off any Event Types you are interested in seeing.
Toggle Calendar views
You also have control over the way the Calendar displays information. To change the appearance of the Calendar, you can click the icons in the top right corner of the Calendar. The icons correspond to a monthly, weekly, and daily views.
Create tasks and follow ups
On the Calendar, double-click the day on which you want to schedule a task or event.
On the New Activity page that appears, specify as much information as you know, including the activity Type, Subject, dates, and times.
