Manage contact information for customers on the Contacts screen.
Create a contact
Warning: Special characters can cause search issues and are not recommended.
- Tap the Menu icon
, then select Contacts.
- Type or search for the customer to which the contact is being added.

Tap Add Contact.

Type the contact First Name (required).
- Type other details, as necessary.
Note: Additional fields are optional. An email address or phone number added to a contact creates a link to call or send email by tapping.
- Tap Save.
Edit a contact

Tap the contact Name or the Edit icon
to view the contact details.

Make changes as necessary.

Tap Save.
View a contact

Tap the Customer field and type or search the customer name.

Tap Return on the keypad.

Find the customer in the results grid, and tap to select.
Contact activities
Tip: If a contact includes a phone number, you can tap the number to call from the mobile device you using.
- Tap the Plus icon next to a contact to add an activity.
- Select an Event Type.
- Type an event Subject.
- Complete additional fields as necessary.
- Tap Save.
Tap the calendar icon to view activities.
