- This morning I went to go freeze inventory and it said no products found. I did do a physical cycle count on Saturday morning so I am wondering if that's why it is not showing inventory today?

- That is correct, if an item on a Cycle Count is updated through a Physical Count, it will be removed from the Cycle Count list. This is why you currently do not see any Cycle Count items.
If you navigate to Utilities > Phantom Monitor > Scheduled Jobs tab, the process that runs to add items to your Cycle Count list generally runs at 8:00 pm every weekday (Schedule Cycle Count). When the Phantom process runs again based on this schedule, items will be added to your cycle count list for tomorrow morning.
