I keep getting an error from Cayan saying there was an error deserializing. How can I get this resolved?
The error you are experiencing is a known issue with the Cayan Terminals. In order to resolve this, a user must reach out to Cayan at 888-249-3220 and request for them to "Enable SKU and LID Options" for both terminals. Upon reaching out to Cayan you will need to provide them with the serial number and IP address of both credit card readers. To access this information:
•Press 0 three times (to access Admin screen) •Password: 9416557 (and press Enter)
The required info will now display. After Cayan has enabled this option the error message you are receiving should no longer appear within Inform. If you are still receiving this error please reach out to DDI Support for further assistance.
