- One user is not able to see additional information when they hover over it. How can we get this fixed?
- There are a few things you can try to adjust the scaling for this user to address this issue.
Check and or change the user’s scaling in Windows.
-
- From their workstation, right-click the Desktop and choose Display settings.
- Under Scale and layout, make sure Change the size of text, apps and other items is set to 100%.
- Close Display Settings.
- Restart Windows to see the change applied.
- From their workstation, right-click the Desktop and choose Display settings.
Turn off high DPI scaling for Inform.
Important: These changes must be made on the Inform Server, not the client workstation.
- Log on to the Inform server
- Right-click the Inform shortcut icon and choose Properties.
- Click the Compatibility tab.
- Click the Change settings for all users button.
- Click the Change high DPI settings button.
- Under High DPI Scaling override select the Override high DPI scaling behavior. Scaling performed by Application checkbox, and then click OK.
- Click OK twice more to close the Properties.
Note: If the customer is on RemoteApp or connected through Remote Desktop, ALL sessions for that user need to be completely logged out before testing the inForm interface again.
