I keep getting an error message "Tablet not connected. Please check connection before continuing." How do I stop this error from happening?
This is a warning that prompts you to capture a signature. If you do not have a signature pad or a Cayan device connected to this computer you can tell the system that this should not prompt by following the steps below
Click on the Inform Icon and click the Connection Update button.
Make sure your company is selected and then click edit.
Uncheck the box labelled Signature Connected and click exit.
Once you log back in you should not receive that error upon saving a sales order. If you have additional questions please submit a case to DDI Support.
