Our customer's statements didn't go out. How do I send out customer statements again?
If you need to generate statements again for certain customers you can navigate to Accounting>Accounts Receivable>Customer Statements and enter the date you want the statement to generate on. Also, add the customer you want to generate the statement for. If you need to generate a statement for a group of customers such as all customers that receive emailed statements click on the Criteria Selection button and add criteria as described in Generate customer reports. Once you are finished setting up your criteria, click Run. This will generate a new customer statement and put it in a queue to go out at a preset time based on your phantom monitor settings.
