I am getting an error message, is there anything I can do to help get this resolved?
Yes, whenever you see an error message the best thing you can do is click the F2 button on your keyboard while the error message is still being displayed on your screen. This will expand the error message and give you more information about it. You will want to take a screenshot or copy the information and submit this with you support ticket with a brief description of the when the error is occurring. It is also helpful if you note what you were doing right before the error happened and if this happens often, to more than one user, and any other information that you believe may be useful. The more information you can provide the easier it will be to identify what is causing it.
