Google Sync isn't working
- Why did my Google Sync calendar events disappear from my Inform Calendar?
- Google released an update that disabled the authentication for Inform prior to Version 21.
- If you are running a version prior to version 21, you will need to Upgrade Inform and re-sync to your Google calendar. You can also view the Change Log: Inform ERP V21 to see what has changed in the most recent updates.
- If you are already running version 21, each user will follow the steps below to re-authenticate your Google sync.
- Navigate to CRM>Configure Google Synchronization. Check off Enable Google Synchronization and click Save.
- Re-enter your email address and password when prompted to authenticate your account.
- You can then attempt to see if the notification continues to populate.
