Connection to the database has been lost error message
Why do I keep getting an error message that the connection to the database has been lost and then my session crashes?
This error message informs you that the connection to your database was lost due to either inactivity, loss of internet connection, disruption of your remote connection or other possible reasons. If you experience this issue repeatedly please contact your IT company to see if your remote connection is being lost as well as troubleshoot any internet connectivity issues with them.
