- We installed a new printer and it is not printing to Inform. What do we need to do to correct this?
- There could be several reasons this is not printing but generally, this is due to a printer driver. Inform uses a specific printer driver known as HP Laserjet 4 or 4 Plus. This printer driver needs to be updated on the server so which is done by your IT company or your system administrator. You also want to make sure the printer in Inform>File>Company>Printer>Make sure the printer in question has the PCL box checked off.
