
PO Receiving allows you to add new, unrecognized UPC codes to a product during a receiving.
- When you scan a barcode that is not in the system, you will be prompted to add it: Barcode not found. Add? To add the barcode, press the Y key.
- Enter a product or press the F3 (List) key and select the product you'd like to add the barcode to as either a Keyword
The number of items that comprise a carton. or UPC
The highest quantity to keep stocked at all times. If the available inventory falls below this, the product will appear in Projected Purchase Order..
- If UPC is selected, then the barcode is added to the UPC unit of measure on the product.

To continue receiving, scan the next product.

Follow standard PO Receiving procedures as described in Scan items and enter quantities (WMS).

When done receiving product, press the ESC key.
Note: You can restrict adding or changing UPC's and Keywords using Access Levels: WMS Change UPC Master and WMS Change Product Keywords.
