If Inform stops sending email, check the following settings:
- First make sure your SMTP Information has not been changed or accidentally deleted from Inform. See Configure SMTP for external email.
- Make sure that your password has not changed, and if it has, that the new password does not contain any of the following characters: / \ ^ % & ' ; = ( ) { } ' or spaces.
- If it is configured properly, make sure that each user has an email, email username, and password in the User Master. See Manage users.
