- How do I submit a new case?
- To submit a case, you must Sign in to the Help Center, so we can associate your case with your account information.
If you have never signed into this Help Center before, but you had an account on the old one, click Sign in on the upper right of the Help Center.
And then click Get a password. You'll get an email with instructions on how to proceed.
If you have never signed in and you never had an account, then click Sign In, and then click Sign Up and follow the instructions on your screen.
Once you have signed in, there are three places from which you can enter a case:
- Submit a case in the menu
- Submit a request at the bottom of the article
- Support Widget
When you click either 1 or 2, you will see the Submit a case page, where you can enter your information and submit.
To use the Support Widget, click the orange Support button, and then type your question or topic.
The Help Center will show you a list of articles that might help you.
If you don't see what your looking for, click Contact Us, and then complete the Contact Us form.
You can check the status of your cases at any time by clicking My cases
