- You will receive a password reset email from DDI System when you try to sign-in to our new Help Center for the first time. You might also receive this email. if you have tried to sign in unsuccessfully and reached out to us for help.
A valid email comes from DDI System <email@example.com>
The text of the email is as follows:
This email was sent to you because someone requested a password reset on your account.
Visit the following URL to set a new password:
You can do a regular login at: https://support.ddisystem.com
Please go ahead and click the link in the email you received (every individual will receive a different link to retain security). DDI System will not request any personal information from you. You must simply set up a password to connect to your existing DDI System account. It may be the same password you used in the old portal.
If, however, the text of the email is not exactly as above, or if the email sender contains another address, this could be a phishing email. Do not click any links and contact us right away.
