- Can I access my old case history in the new Help Center?
- Yes! Once you request a new password and register with our new Help Center, you will be able to log in and manage your case history, both old and new. In the menu bar, click My Cases. If you have not yet logged in, you will be prompted to do so, after which you can view your case history.
