The In House vs Direct Sales Dashboard lets you compare the sales and profit made from direct sales that bypass the warehouse, such as those that are drop shipped, vs in house sales, which are for product stored in a warehouse as inventory before being sold to a customer.
- Open this Dashboard as described in Review inventory KPIs
The Green Bar represents Sales and the Blue represents Profit, with the first grouping representing In House sales and the second representing Direct Sales. In the chart above, the Direct Sales are comparatively low, so do not appear on this graph.
- To review those Direct Sales and Profit details as well as In House Sales and Profit, or to filter the view by salesperson, customer, etc, click the View Detail button, at the bottom of the graph.
- You can now see in the grid that there are some Direct Sales (6,096), but their total is small compared to Indirect Sales (In House) at $886,130.
- To filter the chart by any of the following criteria, drop down the Filter list, and choose your criteria, and then click Search. Select/clear check boxes to update the chart.
