- How do I enable the Auto Ship Confirmation email and who receives it?
- To enable the Auto Confirmation Email, go to File > Customer > Master: General, and select the Auto Ship Conf Email check box.
Enabling this setting will automatically e-mail the shipment confirmation upon saving. This will be sent to the first available e-mail address found in the following order:
- Ordered By Contact
- ShipTo Contact
- Sales Contact
- Accounting Contact
- Customer
The email will include a PDF copy of the confirmation along with any tracking numbers entered during Shipment Confirmation
