The System Error 5 message appears when the default printer does not support the paper size you selected for an Advanced Report Writer report.
To work around this problem, choose a standard paper size for your report.
- Open the report in edit mode, as described in Create and modify an ARW report.
- Click the Layout tab.
- Open the Settings pop-up as described in Adjust margins for printed ARW reports.
- Click the Printer Settings tab and change the paper size from Custom to Letter.
- Save your settings and rerun the report.
