You can print a pivot report to a Windows printer. These may differ from the printers that you have access to in Inform, especially if you are using a remote connection.
Reports are printed exactly as they appear on screen with additional settings from the Export Settings pop-up. SeeAdjust pivot report print settings.
You should always preview your reports before printing to check the number of pages that will print, as well as the column display. Reports with more than 10 columns may not fit on a single page, and may require you to print landscape style.
- Adjust pivot report print settings.
- If you want to show or hide data, right-click the data field on the report, and choose the view options from the pop-up menu. For example, Hide all members or Drill up.
- Preview a pivot report .
- On the Preview window, click the Print toolbar button
.
- On the Settings for Print pop-up that appears, you can make last minute changes as described in step 1.
- Click Print.
