From the KPI drilldowns, you can add activities from an order's details, which links the order and customer to the activity. You can view the activity from your calendar, the customer's activity page, or the Inform ERP Dashboard calendar.
- Go to the Dashboard Open Orders, Quotes, Back Orders, or in-Billing Orders Grid, and then click a specific Order # link to view its details as described in Drill into KPI details on orders or quotes.
Once you select an order, MobiOrder automatically loads that customer as the default customer for all other actions.
- Review the order details, and then click Add Activity.
- MobiOrder displays the Add Activity form with a link to the active order. Complete the Add Activity form as described in Manage activities for your customers.
