You can add notes to customers and contacts.
To add a customer note
- Go to the Customer Activities page as described in View and add customer specific activities
- Click Add Activity.
- In the Subject box, type a heading for your note, and then in the Notes box, type your customer notes.
- Click Save.
To add notes to contact
- Go to the Contacts page and edit your contact as described in the edit contact step of Work with contacts.
- Type your notes into the Comments box.
- Click Save.
