You can add a newsletter sign up to your homepage. (See an example, here Set up your company eCommerce site.) When your customer provides the name and email, you will receive a notification that the customer wants to receive your newsletter. You can then pass the user information to your marketing team, who can add the customer your mailing list.
- Go to File>Company>Inform eCommerce.
- Click Edit.
- Make sure the Main tab is selected in the left navigation bar.
- Select the Show Monthly Newsletter Option check box.
- Click Save.
