Type a brief description (15-160 characters) of your company and/or your website's content. This information often appears on search engine results pages below the title. For example, "ABC Janitorial Supply distributes packaging products, janitorial, and safety supplies, 3M products, and paper products to contractors and supply houses." box, type a description of your company or your website. This description appears on the search results page. We recommend a description between 50 and 300 characters.
- In the Keywords
Type keyowrds that help search engines determine the type of products that you carry or the services that you provide. For example, if you type the keyword "cleaning supplies", then search engines may pick up your site when users type that search text. Separate multiple terms with commas, but no spaces, such as ERP,Accounting,Purchasing,Inventory. box, type search terms for your site, separated by commas with no spaces. These keywords are not case-sensitive, so you don't need to include duplicate terms for upper and lower case. We recommend using up to 200 characters for keywords.

Changes are applied immediately, If you don't see them, restart your browser.
Note: Although meta tags are added to your site immediately, search engines typically take from a few days to a few weeks to pick them up. Over time, your ranking results may improve based on the amount of information search engines can obtain about your site. You can manually submit your site to search engines to speed up this process. For example, submit to Google at https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/submit-url?pli=1.
It is recommended that you add at least one meta tag prior to submitting your site.
