- Go to File>Company>Inform eCommerce.
- On the left navigation bar, click Options.
- Click Edit.

To require customers with multiple ship to locations to select one before selecting items on the Order page, select the Require Ship to Select for Order Pad
By default, the Order Pad displays historical products for all Ship-to locations. This option loads the Order Pad blank, requiring the user to select a Ship-to location prior to searching order history. Select this option if your client has a large number of locations or sales history, which may negatively impact performance when loading the Order Pad. check box. This selection will improve Order Pad performance.
- Products display on the Order Pad sorted by Product ID by default. To enable customers to sort by Product ID, Web Category, Customer Part Number, Description, and Last Sale Date, select the Order Pad Sort
By default, the Order Pad sorts products by Prodict ID. The customer can manually change the sort order. Use this list to change the default sort order to any of the available options. check box. In eCommerce, customers can resort by clicking on a column header.
- Click Save.
Note: The order pad includes orders placed for the number of years specified in File>Company>Master>Maintain OrderPad History for # Years option on the Sales tab.
