In this scenario, you will learn how to add activities such as follow up phone calls or meetings to a prospect.
- Create a prospect as described in How to add a prospect.
- Click the Activities tab in the left navigation bar, and then click Add Activity.
Tip: You can also get here from the Contact Analysis page.
- On the New Activity page that appears, specify as much information as you know, including the activity Type, Subject, dates and times.
- Click Save. Inform ERP adds the activity to the Dashboard. At any time, you can double-click the Activity on the Dashboard to edit it.
