Important: Whether you are a new or existing user, you will need to complete the password registration process, which validates your user identity through email.
What is the DDI System Help Center?
Here you will find help on getting started with Inform, detailed instructions for complex procedures, tips and tricks, and frequently asked questions. This Help Center provides full application Help, accessible from within Inform just by pressing F1 on any screen. It even includes news and videos.
PLUS you can submit new cases and manage existing ones.
You are free to browse all of the information available. To submit and manage cases, you'll need to register with a password.
How you do so depends on whether you are an existing user who has talked with us before, or a brand new user.

The process is really easy, but here is what you can expect:
- In the upper-right of the Help Center, click Sign in.
- Click Get a password.
You will see the Please set me up with a new password box.
- In the Email box, type the email address that you have used in communications with DDI System, then click Submit.
The following message appears.Tip: If the Help Center didn't recognize your email address, don't worry! You can sign up. To learn more, see New to Inform? Sign up for the DDI System Help Center Now!
- Click Close.
- Check your email.
If you don't receive an email from us within a couple of minutes, please check your junk/spam folder.
- Click the link.
- On the Change password pop-up that appears, type your New password.
- You can use the same password that you used for the old Customer Care Portal.
- It must be at least 5 characters.
- It must be different from your email address.
- Depending on your company’s security policy, you can choose to save it and automatically log in every time you visit the DDI Help Center.
- Click Change password.
You’re IN!

- In the upper-right of the Help Center, click Sign in.
- Click Sign Up. You'll see this box.
- Complete the information, and then click Sign up. You will then see a message:
Sign-up complete
Thank you for signing up, YourName.
A welcome email will be sent to youremail@gmail.com shortly, containing a verification link that enables you to sign in.
If you don't receive an email from us within a couple of minutes, please check your junk/spam folder. - Click Close.
- Check your email.
- Click the link.
- Your Name will appear in the Your name box. Type Your password:
- You can use the same password that you used for the old Customer Care Portal.
- It must be at least 5 characters.
- It must be different from your email address.
- Depending on your company’s security policy, you can choose to save it and automatically log in every time you visit the DDI Help Center.
- Click Set password.
