Use this report to view a list of customers who have not shown any activity as of a selected date. Optionally, set selection criteria to narrow your search to specific sections of your customer database.
Go to Sales > Invoicing > Inactive Customer Report
- Selection Criteria: When you first access this report, you can narrow down the group of customers searched by specific selection criteria. To learn how to use the tool, see Selecting data. If you do not select any specific criteria, then Inform used the Status Printed and sorts by Name.
- Date: (required) Choose the date from which the customers have been inactive.
|Cust||The reference number assigned to the customer.||File>Customer>Master|
|Name||The name of the customer as specified in the Name under Remit to address.||File>Customer>Master: Main|
|Phone||The phone number of the sales contact on the customer account.||File>Customer>Master: Main, Sales Contact|
|Contact||The name of the sales contact on the customer account.||File>Customer>Master: Main, Sales Contact|
|Salesman||The salesman assigned to the customer.||File>Customer>Master: General, Sales man|
|Last Inv||The date the last invoice to this customer was posted.||File>Customer>Master: Ledger|
|CrLim||Credit limit on the dollar amount of invoices the customer can post on their account||
|AR Bal||Accounts Receivable Balance. The amount still owed on the account.||File>Customer>Master: Ledger|
|Avg Pay Days||Average Pay Days. The average number of days for the customer to pay balances due.||File>Customer>Master: Ledger|
