After an order is ship confirmed and invoiced, you can track details about its status, including when it was picked, checked, and delivered. You can see the truck schedule, and if you're collecting electronic signatures through ePOD, then that information is captured here as well.
- Go to Sales > Invoicing > Invoice Inquiry.
- In the Invoice box, type the invoice number, and then press the Tab key.
- Click the Shipments tab.
