You can export your ARW report data to a comma separated value file (CSV). You can then open the file in Excel or another database or spreadsheet application for further manipulation.
Note that this option will not export the report with any subtotals or calculations. If you need to include this data, Export the ARW report with layout.
- Create a report using a procedure such as Sample ARW: Simple customer YTD Sales Report
- From the Export Option list, choose Without Layout.
- Click Save.
- On the Save As pop-up that appears, choose the file location where you want to save the CSV file. By default, it will be saved with the name of your report. Click Save.
- The csv opens in application associated with CSV files–by default, Notepad, Excel, or another spreadsheet or database program. You may open this file in Microsoft Excel or any other spreadsheet or database application for further sorting, filtering, or data analysis.
