The Product section of Inform helps you manage individual product information, as well as product lines and price groups. Each product has its own Product Number and Master record; the Master record defines details about the product, from the product description and price specifications, to warehouse replenishment and accessory products.
The Product Line, Price Group, Major Group, Buy Line, Major Buy Line, Unit of Measure, Cycle Count Group, and Hazardous Material - DOT options allow you to create and edit these properties where they apply. You can then assign them to products through the Master record.
You can also apply changes to a selected group of products using the Mass Change.
