Territories help you group customers for sales reporting. Once you create territories, you may optionally assign them to customers. You can also generate a report on all available territories.

- Go to File > Customer > Territory.
- Click New.
- In the Territory box, type a new reference code, and then press the Tab key. Reference codes can be up to 5 alphanumeric characters.
- Type a Description.
- Click Save.

- Go to File > Customer > Master.
- In the Customer box, search for or type the customer.
- Click Edit.
- On the Setup page, click the General tab.
- Select or type the Territory you want to assign to the customer.
- Click Save.

- Go to File > Customer > Territory.
- In the Territory box, type of search for the one you want to edit, and then press the Tab key.
- Click Edit.
- Make the necessary changes and then click Save.

Before you delete the territory, reassign all of the customers in that territory to a different territory. You can do this through the Customer Mass Change screen. Update data in bulk using mass change.
- Edit a territory as described above. Go to File > Customer > Territory.
- Click Delete.
- On the confirmation message that appears, click OK.

You can generate a report on all customer territories.
- Go to File > Customer > Territory.
- Click Report.
- On the Field Selection pop-up, click OK.
- On the Print Document pop-up that appears, click View.
