Each time a user logs into Inform, a license is consumed; when the user logs off, it is released. However, sometimes, a license can become locked in a used state. For example, if a user is logged in, but then gets disconnected from the WiFi. Typically, Inform will detect this situation and release the license. If that process fails, an administrator can do so:
- Go to Utilities > System Users and Locks.
- Click Refresh Licenses.
- On the confirmation message that appears, click OK.
