You can log products received into your warehouse from a stock transfer on the Stock Transfer Receiving screen. You can receive a full stock transfer or a partial transfer. If partial. then you can confirm the parts received and reopen the confirmation when the remaining quantity is received.
You can also print a receiving ticket from this screen.
Note: Once you enter a receiving for a stock transfer, it can no longer be edited or deleted.

- Go to Inventory > Stock Transfer > Stock Transfer Receiving.
- In the Transfer # box, type or search for the transfer, and then press the Tab key.
- All transfer information appears, including all products, quantities, and open balances.
- Click Edit.
- In the Received by box, type or search for your initials. (required)
- Log what you have received:
- If you have received all products in the transfer, click Receive All.
The Quantity on Transfer amount into the Quantity Received will update for all products.
- If you received a partial transfer,
- Type the Quantity Received for each product, and then press the Tab key.
- If the total Quantity on Transfer for the product was received, then the Cancel Balance check box is auto-selected, indicating that the line is complete.
- If the full quantity has not been received, but you want to cancel the transfer, you can select the Cancel Balance check box. The remaining quantity of that product will not be fulfilled, allowing the transfer status to be completed.
- If you have received all products in the transfer, click Receive All.
- Make sure you have entered all transfer quantities correctly, and then click Save.
Once the transfer is saved, you cannot make any changes to the transfer entry or the quantities received

- Open a receipt as described above.
- Click Print.
- On the Print Document pop-up that appears, you may choose to Print, View, Send, or Save the document, depending on your needs.
