In this scenario, you will learn how to create a credit reference letter for one of your customers at the request of another business. Note that this letter is a preset form and cannot be modified.
- Open the customer's account in the Customer Ledger as described in How to view customer invoice and payment history.
- Click Credit Ref Letter. (Only on the Invoices tab.)
The credit year that appears on this letter defaults to the customer's creation year; however, you can modify this year in File>Customer>Master>Setup. Click the Credit tab and type the desired year into Credit Application Year.
