In this scenario, you will learn how to generate a list of customer orders or quotes.
- Open the customer's account in the Customer Ledger as described in How to view customer invoice and payment history.
- Click the Orders tab.
- To filter the list, select a TypeBy default, all open orders appear. You may switch between Price Quotes, Expired Quotes, Recurring, and Completed. Note that completed orders take some time to generate. To find completed orders, use Sales Order Inquiry with a date range filter. of order.
- To print or email/fax orders, select the ones that you want to print, and then select the Print TypeThe document that will print. Use with Sales Orders or Worksheets for order picking; Shipment Confirmations for packing slips; or an Order Recap which details all shipments and deposits from the order., and then click Print.
- To open an order, click the Order Number.
