In this scenario, you will learn how to review a previously applied payment.
- Open the customer's account in the Customer Ledger as described in How to view customer invoice and payment history.
- Click the Payment History tab.
- Choose the Year in which the payment was applied.
- In the Payment History table, find the payment and click the + icon to reveal individual paid invoices.
- To get more information, you can click the hyperlinked payment and open the payment details. From there you can void the payment. See Void A/R checks.
You can also use the filters to search for a payment.
