Use this report to view information about your sent invoices by date or by batch.
Typically you would run the report for the previous business day. If you do run it for the current day, then all invoices should show Results of Submitted, which means they are sitting in the batch waiting to be delivered in the evening.
If you run your report for the previous business day, then you can expect emails to report Sent and faxes to report Success. If invoices still show Submitted, then the phantom process failed the night before: contact Customer Care.
If there was any other problem sending an invoice on a previous day, the report will display the reason under Results. Reasons could be "busy signal," "no dial tone," "invalid email address," etc. If there is a problem, then you should correct the data associated with the customer, and then resend the invoice directly from the Customer Ledger. Go to Sales > Invoicing > Sent Invoice Results Report

- Date: Invoice batch posting date.

- Date: The date on which the invoices were printed. Typically you would run this report for the previous day to verify that invoices sent successfully.
- Batch: If multiple batches of invoices were printing on the same day, then choose the batch number of the invoices you want to view. Otherwise, leave this blank to include all batches on the selected day.
