The Customer Order Pad displays a customer's previously purchased products enabling you to adjust product pricing, print a Customer Order Form or Customer Price Analysis, and view items that the customer is due to buy. If you access the Customer Order Pad from Sales Order Entry, you can also quickly add products to the order.
When accessing the Order Pad outside of Sales Order Entry, you can view only a single customer at a time; if you are looking to print Customer Order Forms for a group of customers, use the Customer Order Form screen.
Products display on the Order Pad according to the customer's Ship To. Items that are quoted for the customer's SAME Ship To will display under all Ship To's for the customer. Items quoted for a specific Ship To will only display on that Ship To's Order Pad, unless it has also been quoted for or purchased by another location.
To access the order pad, go to Sales>Customer Order Pad.
