Insert page breaks each time a data field changes so that your report can easily be divided. For example, insert a page break after each salesperson: see examples at the end of this procedure.
Before you insert page breaks, make sure you have add all the data fields into the report, sorted, and grouped them as desired.
You can add the page breaks at any time after creating the report.
- Add a Group Header and Footer as described in Group data on an ARW report In this procedure, you will place a page break in the Group Footer, which will break the page at the end of each grouping of data. For example, in the Salesperson grouping, it will insert a break at each new salesperson.
- On the bottom left panel of the design window, notice the panel Section Reports.
- In that panel click Page Break and drag it into the white space under GroupFooter1. A page break line appears.
- Save and run the report.
