One way for employees to use Inform ERP is to access it through Windows RemoteApp tool. However, this type of access can complicate accessing default printers setup on the server. Keep the following in mind:
- The default printer is by Windows log-in.
- If users are "redirecting" printers during a remote session, it changes their default printer to a redirected one, and then when they log off, it switches back to a random printer.
- If you experience problems, such as an error "The printer settings are not valid," then go back to the File>Company>Branch: Printers, and reassign your default printers. See Assign default printers by branch.
