You may attach options, accessories or add-ons to an order. These Options & AccessoriesA group of related or required products that can be added to an order as an attachment to the requested product. These can be presented as optional groups, or can be added automatically to an order, when the requested product is entered. Set these up on the Options & Accessories page of the Product Master. For example, a floor cleaning mop may have an options & accessories group that includes a bucket and a floor cleaner. When selling the mop, the order writer can offer these add-ons as a potential revenue booster. are typically add-on attachments either required to use a product, or added as a revenue booster.
Create a new Sales Order as described in Create a sales order.
Click the Detail tab along the left side of the page, and add products as described in Create a sales order.
- To the right of the Products list pane, click the Options tab.
- Review the available accessory groups. To select an individual accessory, select the check box at the end of that accessory row, To add the entire group of accessories, select the check box at the top of the selection column.
- Click Add .
The selected accessory group or product will be added to the order.
Make sure the product has options or accessories.
