Enable/disable credit card payment methods

Configure which credit card payment methods appear on the checkout page of your Magento website.

Note: If you choose to show a payment method that requires an integration such as credit card payment through TSYS Cayan, you must configure that integration both through Inform and Magento. Contact DDI System Customer Care for assistance.

  1. Log in to Magento.

  2. Choose Stores from the Admin sidebar.

  3. Under Settings, select Configuration.

  4. Expand Sales and click Payment Methods.

  5. Expand Other Payment Methods, and then expand the payment method that you want to enable or disable.

    • For example, to enable Inform's supported credit card integration through TSYS Cayan, expand Cayan IFrame.

  6. To hide the Pay by Credit Card option from checkout:

    • From the Enabled list, choose "No".

    • If you choose "Yes", you'll have to complete the payment configuration, including Merchant Name, Key, Web API Key, and API URL.

      Note: These settings must match your Inform configuration- see Configure credit card through TSYS Cayan.

  7. Click Save Config when finished.

  8. To view changes within the site, refresh your website cache.

From the Configuration page:

  1. Expand DCKAP and choose DDI ERP Settings.

  2. Expand Pay Invoice Settings.

  3. Set the Select default payment method for Pay Invoice option to “Credit Card”.

  4. Click Save Config when finished.
